Global Auto Parts participated in AutoExpo Kenya which was held in Nairobi from 27 - 29 April, 2014. The Autoparts exhibition was combined with an exhibition for East Africa Oil & Gas Expo 2014 and Power and Energy Africa 2014 exhibition.

“The African countries are seeing a wave of rapid industrialization and modernization which has resulted in an increased demand for capital goods. The market for automobile spare parts, in particular, has been an attractive sector for global exporters, as Africa has witnessed a remarkable increase in imports by 30%.” said Mr. Gary Carscadden, Director of Global Auto Parts.

“Global Auto Parts’ participation in Auto Expo Kenya was a strategic decision with an aim to expand further into the African markets and tap their potential. The volatile security situation in Nairobi restricted the participation in the Expo. Despite the low turnout and security risks, our team has been proactive to survey the market and has successfully signed up two distributors for the region.” added Mr. Carscadden.
Celebrating its 17th year anniversary; the leading trade exhibition for automobile, truck and bus parts, equipments, components, accessories, tools, and services continues to bring world leading manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers in touch with one of the most important markets in the world.
